The School for Thieves

At Crookhaven, students are trained in lock-picking, forgery and 'crim-nastics', all with the intention of doing good out in the world, by conning the bad and giving back to the innocent.
The Forgotten Maze
It's Gabriel's second year at Crookhaven School for Thieves. And with a tricky Break-In challenge to the teacher's section of the library to attempt, plus a new class called Reclamation, his Miscreant year is already off to a busy start.
Then Gabriel and his friends learn about Maravel's Maze. Hidden deep beneath the lake, forgotten about by the school, it's a labyrinth of obstacles. Each tests a crook-related skill - and all are nearly impossible.
The Island Heist
It's Gabriel's third year at Crookhaven School for Thieves. Along with the usual Break-In challenge - this year to Reclamation island - and difficult new classes like Signs & Signals, Gabriel and his friends have another goal: taking down the Nameless.
The Nameless are the very worst type of criminals - they steal, trick and kidnap for their own benefit, rather than to do good in the world. Each member of Gabriel's crew has a very personal reason for wanting to take the Nameless down - but what can a group of underage school children do compared to the most powerful crew of the underworld?
The Impossible Fortress
It's Gabriel's fourth year at Crookhaven School for Thieves, and it's the most challenging one yet. Along with mastering a new class - Lay of the Land - Upper Delinquents are supposed to start thinking about life after Crookhaven. Their schoolwork is beginning to have real world implications, and this year's Break-In challenge is set in an external location known to be impenetrable - the Impossible Fortress.

Note:
1. We DO NOT OFFER - Next Day Service as we have multiple warehouse in the UK. Depending where the books are stored, they all need to come to a central location so we can consolidate the order, then dispatch to the customer hence the delay.
2. Single Rate has a very cost effective prices for single book purchases for items purchased below 5kg. Please note this service is Tracked, but does take up to 11 working days to reach consumers in Europe.
3. Multi Buy is more expensive, but has the benefit of going through custom checks and reaches end user in a much better time frame. Multi buy does work out cheaper when 3 or more items are purchased and does end up giving the consumer a better return overall.
4. These delivery times are the maximum delivery periods that a purchase can take to reach our customers. Delivery may be sooner than this. Please note that where applicable, customs point clearance may affect the delivery of some orders and can cause a delay. This is a factor that is not in our control.
RETURNS POLICY
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience. However, occasionally you may need to return an item.
To return an item(s) firstly write a covering letter with your order reference number and return it with your invoice and goods to:

We would recommend that you return your items via tracked post. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or exchange. We are only able to exchange items for the same product.
Personalised Items are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within (30) working days. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you then we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within (30) days.
The goods do not need to be in their original packaging; however, in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a cheque will be raised to the address on the order.

OPMERKING:
Om de verzendkosten zo laag mogelijk te houden, kunnen we alleen bestellingen van minder dan 2 kg accepteren. Als je bestellingen van meer dan 2 kg nodig hebt, neem dan contact met ons op, want je moet een Britse expediteur opgeven zodat zij je goederen kunnen inklaren.
Opmerking:

RETOURENBELEID

Als je een artikel wilt retourneren, schrijf dan eerst een begeleidende brief met het referentienummer van je bestelling en stuur deze samen met de factuur en de goederen terug naar:

We raden je aan om je artikelen via de post te retourneren. Vermeld op de factuur duidelijk de reden van retourzending en of je een terugbetaling of omruiling wilt. We kunnen artikelen alleen ruilen voor hetzelfde product.
Gepersonaliseerde artikelen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd. Sommige goederen kunnen om hygiënische redenen niet worden geretourneerd. Dit heeft geen invloed op je wettelijke rechten.
Als je een volledige terugbetaling inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten wilt, moet je de hele bestelling binnen (30) werkdagen naar ons terugsturen. Jij bent echter verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van het terugsturen van de goederen naar ons. 2. Single Rate offre prezzi molto convenienti per l'acquisto di libri singoli per articoli di peso inferiore a 5 kg. Questo servizio è tracciato, ma richiede fino a 11 giorni lavorativi per raggiungere i consumatori in Europa.
3. Multi Buy è più costoso, ma ha il vantaggio di passare attraverso i controlli doganali e di raggiungere l'utente finale in tempi molto migliori. L'acquisto multiplo risulta più conveniente quando si acquistano 3 o più articoli e finisce per garantire al consumatore un ritorno migliore.
4. Questi tempi di consegna sono i periodi massimi di consegna che un acquisto può richiedere per raggiungere i nostri clienti. La consegna può avvenire anche prima. Si prega di notare che, ove applicabile, lo sdoganamento può influire sulla consegna di alcuni ordini e può causare un ritardo. Si tratta di un fattore che non è sotto il nostro controllo.

Si consiglia di restituire gli articoli tramite posta tracciata. Si prega di indicare chiaramente sulla fattura il motivo della restituzione e se si richiede un rimborso o un cambio. Possiamo cambiare gli articoli solo con lo stesso prodotto.
Gli articoli personalizzati non possono essere restituiti. Alcuni prodotti non possono essere restituiti per motivi igienici. Ciò non pregiudica i vostri diritti legali.
Se si richiede un rimborso completo, comprese le spese di spedizione originali, è necessario restituire l'intero ordine entro (30) giorni lavorativi. Tuttavia, il cliente sarà responsabile delle spese di restituzione della merce. Se il rimborso è dovuto al cliente, provvederemo a elaborarlo nel più breve tempo possibile e, in ogni caso, entro (30) giorni.
Non è necessario che la merce sia nella sua confezione originale, ma che sia in condizioni di vendibilità e che sia a vostro costo e rischio.
Il cliente ha l'obbligo legale di avere ragionevole cura della merce mentre è in suo possesso. In caso di mancata osservanza di tale obbligo, potremmo avere il diritto di agire contro di voi per ottenere un risarcimento. Questo vale per tutte le merci restituite.
La nostra politica di restituzione non influisce sui vostri diritti legali.
Se si restituisce la merce sostenendo che è difettosa, esamineremo la merce restituita e vi comunicheremo il rimborso via e-mail entro un periodo di tempo ragionevole. Elaboreremo il rimborso che vi spetta nel più breve tempo possibile e, in ogni caso, entro (30) giorni dal giorno in cui vi confermeremo via e-mail che avete diritto a un rimborso per merce difettosa.
Se il rimborso o la restituzione sono dovuti al cliente, il denaro verrà trasferito utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento originariamente utilizzato dal cliente per l'acquisto. POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

Los artículos personalizados no se pueden devolver. Algunos artículos no se pueden devolver por motivos de higiene. Tenga en cuenta que esto no afecta a sus derechos legales.
Si desea un reembolso completo, incluidos los gastos de envío originales, deberá devolvernos el pedido completo en un plazo de 30 días laborables. No obstante, los gastos de devolución correrán a su cargo. Si se le reembolsa el importe, tramitaremos el reembolso lo antes posible y, en cualquier caso, en un plazo de 30 días.
No es necesario que los productos estén en su embalaje original, pero sí en condiciones de ser vendidos, y por su cuenta y riesgo.
